It's an unnecessarily overblown method (setting up a virtual machine on your PC running Windows XP, FFS) of obtaining what is available online for free in .PDF format. It works, but what a performance..... I've downloaded a PDF version (for free) as I haven't got time to sit and wait for this nonsense to load up every time I need some information.
