Clearly these are defective so we offered a pre paid returns label to get them back to us for a refund or replacement with the usual good quality ones we sell. Customer was not prepared to do this, all they requested was a partial refund and if we didn't they would leave feedback according. We do not want customers to have to make do with an inferior product, we want them to have the parts as they are described which is why we don't offer partial refunds.
