said dispatched but never got further, had to contact them, they claimed it got to the royal mail but maybe the label fell off, sounds likely, wasted a week, there customer services are 9-4 mon - fri, which is ridiculous, if you work there would be no time to contact them, felt I had to bully them in to a refund... I would not recommend using this company, they advertise the same thing under many adverts as if separate sellers. had to give them 1 star as there is no zero star option.
