Order details clearly show he bought the casket match only but upon delivery he claims he ordered the TLC set as well. He began making ludicrous demands of a refund and became very aggressive.
We were always very polite and offered to accept a return for a full refund so please know we always look to resolve any issue. We have sold over 200 of these and we've never had problem until now. Chancer looking for a freebie... Avoid
