My mistake! I ordered this item (expensive) in error. Did not expect seller to issue a refund (from France). But efforts to communicate were in English; the replies were in French, which I can not understand. This strikes me as rather arrogant and rather rude. Most people in Europe speak at least 2 if not more languages, unlike us. Just sayin...
