First bed arrived with Headboard smashed and footboard chipped . Sent a replacement ,Headboard OK footboard practically smashed in half .sent a 3rd replacement all OK.Got to say the office staff were courteous at all times and did nor question sending replacements , but a bit peeved my guests ended up sleeping on a mattress on the floor. That said once bed was up it's not bad for the price.
