RETURNS POLICY

We will accept goods for a refund if notified by email within 14 days of receipt of delivery.

The goods must be unused and in original packaging.

Any damaged or incomplete goods will not be credited.

All goods are to be returned at the buyers cost and it is recommended that you use a service which obtains a signature upon delivery.

We will not accept any responsibility for items lost or damaged during return transit.

*Engines come with a 28 day guarantee in which it must be fitted and tested, if faulty it is to be returned at the buyers cost for an exchange, where an exchange is not available a refund will be given of the purchase price and we do not cover any labour involved with fitting or removal of parts.

*Please check the pictures before you purchase to check the condition of the product or if you are still unsure then we recommend you ring us for a more accurate description.

For example this means that engines are sold without any ancillaries such as alternator, starter, ac pump, turbo etc and body panels that are sold bare do not include internals such as motors, mechanisms and glass etc. Please confirm before you make a purchase if you are unsure of what is included.

We accept PayPal as a method of payment which is highly recommended as it is quick, easy and safe for both buyer and seller. Goods will only be sent to PayPal verified ebayers. We also accept card payments or cash on collection and parts can be picked up during office hours.
