Items as described but ICS shipped in padded envelope containing normal ic DIP plastic tubes which are normally fairly robust but Tubes were still crushed from shipping/handling so ic leads bent and needed straightening. I don't really expect better packaging given the very low price but something to keep in mind if buying more than a small quantity.
