Courier then claimed to have delivered bike to me, with my name as signature.Seller was unhelpful, saying they couldn't speak to the courier. I rang courier to find the bike had been left outside another house on my street. Bike was unrideable and not changing gear. Seller agreed to pay for the work. Took it to local shop, sent receipt to seller but no reply for 5 days until escalation to eBay.
