My honest review. I ordered 3 of the same reels. When I unboxed 2 was the same one different contacted the shop through messages and I was advised to send the one back to exchange. That's what I did acouple of days later I a message saying the other reel was goin to be delivered to a different address. Contacted again and there finally sorted it. Great service and communication. Only thing I would say isit would be better to have a phone number things could of got sorted alot quicker.
