My ipod arrived broken. It appears either the logic board or the hard drive is broken. It is stuck in a boot loop and will not connect to my Mac. I contacted the seller about this issue and was told to try a different cable + computer. I have tried different cables and all my other 30 pin devices work with these cables / Mac. Would loved to have been taken seriously by the seller.

The iPod functions well enough but there are a few major scratches on the screen. None of the photographed examples had noticeable scratches, and the listing description only states that there may be some minor scratches.... There are a dozen or so scratches that are noticeable but would be considered 'minor,' but there are two deeper ones right on and across the screen. This was a gift so it's frustrating to give one in such rough condition.
