Buyer left negative feedback before even speaking to me so gave no opportunity to fix the problem. Really unfair to give feedback in this way as potentially could have worked to resolve. The advert was for a high powered fan heater which will obviously not be silent as I was not selling one and never advertised it as such. Was clearly advertised as having a fan mechanism.
