Hi, thanks for your feedback - I just wanted to reply. I clearly state on the item description that the pattern will be folded & sent in an A5 envelope. You must ensure that you read all the details before purchasing. If you do need it posted flat, I'm happy to do that but there would be an additional postage cost, which you did not pay extra for.
