La cartuccia è arrivata inizialmente con un difetto dove questa non era in grado di salvare, dopo averlo fatto presente al venditore, si è subito offerto di farsi spedire indietro la cartuccia per sistemarla.
Molto gentile e disponibile ha spedito subito la cartuccia indietro dopo aver sistemato la batteria, ora i salvataggi funzionano.
