Tracking number was provided but never showed any movement. Approx. 12 days later we receive an order from Fulfillment House with a paperback version of same book. We called the Fulfillment people and talked to Rita about the order I then asked her how much was their book and she said FREE just pay shipping. Why on earth would anyone pay 72.99 plus shipping for a paperback.
