I tried to reach out to the buyer multiple times to understand the issue and find a solution, but I get ignored. I do not understand what the problem with the shipping is, as his feedback is unclear. The parcel was packed very well, shipping was timely, communication was transparent about shipping costs and the state of the figure. I presume the buyer did not read the auction properly and did face local import taxes he did not expect, but it's always easier to accuse others for own shortcomings.
