I thought I noticed a scratch on the PSA case I bought, so I asked for a refund and was going to immediately buy one of their others of the same card. The seller gave me the refund, which is why i gave a neutral, but then blocked me from purchasing any of their other items. I am new to eBay and didn't understand at the time I may have cost them money asking for a refund. I apologized for this but received no response and I'm pretty sure I'm still banned. I wouldn't shop here even if I wasn't.
