Excellent service. The chair is good quality. However, the main reason for choosing this over other similar chairs was arms to fold back to go under the desk when not in use. Item description stated
“ Adjust height: Adjustable seat height to match your desk and sitting preferences. To save space, the armrests flip up so you can push the swivel chair under the desk completely.”
This not the case arms are fixed.
