Even though a shipping label was created the day after I paid, it was somehow “lost” inside FedEx and didn’t show as “picked up” for one month later, the day after I filed a complaint? Once a complaint was filed it was “found” or dropped off at FedEx and arrived within two weeks. Thanks for looking into it and getting it shipped out.
