Just wished the seller would have flagged it before it was sent to me and reach out to me before hand. In the end they kept my money because it would have cost me more in money, gas and time to send it back and wait for a refund. They did offer a refund. Just know this is not for left side steering wheel American cars. A mistake in translation cost me money. Hopefully this will help others.
