I would never purchase from this seller again - the most awful customer service! The jacket they sent me (charcoal with slight hint of blue) was a different color than in the advertised picture (gray with blue plaid). Even when I sent them a side by side picture of the two jackets which clearly shows they are different colors, they still insisted that it's the same jacket. Their reply was if I'm not happy I can always return it but of course they won't reimburse my shipping fee!

We have 30-day free returns. Customers comments are incorrect, we take all our own pictures, the jacket he received was the jacket in the pictures online. His pictures were taken in a very dark room at night.
