    The five star rating is really for the seller, not the item. I bought this item and although it was listed as 'NIB', it was obviously very old. The batteries were corroded and the palm rest had deteriorated due to its age. It was 'In Box', but certainly not 'new'. That said, I messaged the seller and the seller was very communicative and understanding of my wanting to return the item. The seller agreed to the return, even paid for shipping(!) and fully refunded my money!! Great seller!
