wrong size sent aggressive return policy made it impossible to return as packaging was lost the shoes were the wrong size the error was not mine . only way to return was to pay postage both ways and then not sure of a refund as by there policy wrong size is not a fault

We can see the correct size was sent as ordered and the shoes are sized by the brand Timberland
Unfortunately we do not offer free returns however you did get free delivery so the cost is only 1 way.
