For some reason the seller made it so a signature is required to make the delivery. This is terrible as most deliveries are while people are at work. USPS left a redelivery slip after the 1st attempt, which I used to attempt a 2nd delivery, but at the 2nd attempt they didn't leave a slip, so I don't have acess to the updated info. There will be a third (doomed) attempt, then it'll be automatically returned to sender. I will then be forced to ask for a full refund. Awful experience, badly set up
