Upon receiving the card which was generally grubby in appearance with price mark on the back I contacted the seller only to be told they sell clearance stock and therefore not brand new. I pointed out condition is described as NEW on ebay advert and will not be sending this to the recipient due to poor condition. The seller did not reply to my last message. I would never have bought a card in this condition if I had known

As explained, the MINOR price sticker mark was visible in the listing photo. I explained that I could not understand the 'grubby' accusation, since it was not grubby leaving me. No evidence of the claim was provided and I was not given much chance to respond to the second message.
My excellent feedback now been spoilt by a buyer who clearly did not wonder why I sell stock at prices far lower than shops. Ebay gives options for listing conditions as NEW or USED. This card was new, ex shop stock.
