I purchased this pendant as a gift for my wife. I scratched off the price from the sticker attached the the pendant. My wife didn’t like the pendant. I returned it. They received it—the photo is of the undamaged item they received, posted by them as a claim to eBay that I hadn’t returned the item in its original condition. Over. a. sticker. A s-t-i-c-k-e-r. Absolutely ridiculous. Don’t buy from this business! Unreasonable people.

Not so awesome when you send an item back to this seller. I removed the price from the tag attached to the pendant because it was a gift for my wife. She ended up not wanting the pendant, so I returned the pendant in the original box, in the original bubble wrap, undamaged in any way. They received the pendant and posted photos of it, claiming to eBay that I wasn't owed a full refund because the item isn't in it's original condition. Over a price tag. Really. Don't do business with them.
