They PROMISED if I order again to reoryce price from 19.99 to $1..Yet I REBUY Dec Jan Feb and now in March, keeps saying BUY AGAIN they will discount, EACH MONTH SAME STORY even whenI add to cart..BUY AGAIN..Selkers words" you can place your order first, when I change the price, then you pay for $1, ok? dear" but NEVER Happens.
