The description of the item was correct, you merely bought the wrong item. This is a salad plate you were looking for a bowl. I offered a refund even tho my policy is to not offer when the item is as described. You could not figure out how, i didn't know the procedure since it is not something i normally offer. I called ebay and messaged you the instruction i was given. You have not, to this day, followed those instruction to request a refund, instead you attempt damage to my reputation.
