A tedious saga. Listing was for a class D amp, but a tube phono preamp was sent. This was explained as a one-time mistake, but if so, why not just send out a class D amp in exchange for return of the preamp (after all, if the listing's legit, they're in stock)? Started return/refund process, but somehow the label's unprintable. Asked for help with this, which doesn't seem to be going anywhere. Apparently I'm stuck with an unwanted tube phono preamp? Save your time, skip the Lucky Box/Wundertüte.
