Took ages to arrive & did not arrive in time for planned visit to family. Seller was most unhelpful & kept blaming Royal Mail delays. Yet, we were receiving packages really quickly (24-48 hours) that had been posted days after this seller claimed they had posted this item. Nice item when we finally received it, but Customer Service from seller leaves a lot to be desired.

Unfortunately Royal Mail delivery times is beyond my control. This order was dispatched within the stated timescale, and sent via 2nd class mail. Listing does that advise that delivery times quoted are not guaranteed by delivery dates, and that postal delays are highly likely at Christmas time. Order was delivered within a couple of days of estaimted timescale. Not ages as customer claims!!

It actually arrived quite a few days late, not within a couple of days of ETA as seller has stated. Wish I had looked at sellers feedback before purchasing as the late arrival was not a one off, according to various feedback they have received.
