Kept calling up until past 10 at night, with no real info for me. Asking what I wanted to do. Added £500 to the price and said he'd send a Liverpool signed gift to apologise. Then instead of discussing the next day as promised, I got a refund and no gift. Seemed like profiteering due to the passing of Diogo J. Poor service, poor admin, poor way of dealing with the situation. Still no gift
