There was a mishap where the disc wasn't in the case, looking like somewhere along the way, the film at the bottom of the case had been cut, and the disc removed! He didn't hesitate to rectify the situation, even though it really wasn't his fault. Will buy from him again and again! Thank you for being awesome!
