I had a bad experience with this seller, which is a bit strange because they also have a number of good reviews. Similar to some of the other recent negative reviews, I purchased one of this seller's items. I hadn't heard anything in a few weeks so I reached out to them for an update. After a couple of attempts, the seller did get back to me and said they would give me an update a bit later in the day when they got to their warehouse. I received no such update. I followed up directly with them,
