Use caution with this seller. The way they handle (at least some) items is what gives resellers a bad rep. The bottom and back of the unit was covered in a sticky, gooey, substance. It was disgusting and took 45 min. with Goo Gone other cleaner to remove it. It was all over the knobs and inside the adapter holes. There is no excuse to ever send something to a customer in that state. Looking at their feedback, this isn't the first time they've done this. I sent a message about it-no response
