This buyer has jumped the gun due to his impatience I have sent the item and emailed him the Royal Mail proof of dispatch so Royal Mail are just a bit slow delivering the item. Most people would just wait and then after a week or so politely ask for a refund which I would issue then claim from Royal Mail for the loss,this is an example of the people you sometimes come across so I will have to block him
