The seller shipped 12x12 paper in a 7in box completely wrinkled the paper. When I brought this to his attention, his response was he had shipped other paper like this and never had a problem. He then went on to say the stickers were the most valuable part of the lot. I was furious how dare he tell me what was the most valuable when I am putting a Disney scrapbook together for my daughter. The whole lot was valuable to me. I asked for 1/2 a refund that’s what is fair.

Just to make things clear. By saying "shipped other paper like this and never had a problem" meaning I used the same delivery method before. When speaking about value I was talking about the cost of the item not the emotional value to you. I have sent you a return label and will fully refund you once I receive all of the merchandise back.
