Package was shipped not to my (home) address of record as specified by eBay's terms, but to a UPS store for pickup. If this old lady supposed to currently be on bed rest had wanted to go out and haul home packages in the present hot weather, she would not have paid a perfectly adequate shipping charge for delivery to her door. Alas, since the neighbor she might have imposed upon to get if for her is away for the week, and there is a deadline to pick these things up, she had to go hiking. GRRR

She says package was not shipped to her home address, she selected: Buyer selected shipping service
UPS Ground. We shipped it UPS Ground to the address she had on file. Why is this our fault ?
