The bracelet was short. It did not fit me. The size of the bracelet was not in the description. The description of the item only had the size of the beads.
The seller refused to exchange the bracelet as returns were not accepted.

Thanks for the purchase and apologies for your experience. The item as per the listing is stated as no returns, therefore it’s encouraged that buyers ask any questions beforehand. The size is listed in millimetres as per the description. To add to this the item is stretchy therefore it expands to the wrist. Buyer gave negative feedback for no returns knowing full well that this policy was in place.
