The lips of the stuffed animal were crusty and there’s a hole in its back. I washed the face of the stuffed animal but later noticed the hole. The package also came already sliced opened. I’ll put pictures if I can figure out how to do that. But I still love him because this was my childhood toy and I haven’t been able to find him anywhere else.

There was nothing crusty and no hole, you didn't contact me. If you are new you should contact seller or ebay, not jump the gun and give bad or neutral feedback. I would never sell a dirty or torn item. You washed the face, it was not dirty. You probably ordered from someone else too. I will contact ebay.
