    Listing clearly stated 'spares and repairs' and made it clear that the phone was broken and locked. Buyer ignored this and wanted to fix it and then unlock it to gain access to all the data on the phone. Buyer messed up the return and still has the phone despite being refunded. He then leaves negative feedback. Bravo.
