I had a very terrible experience with tricityextreme. I received my package and found there to be a dress instead of a hk army orbital barrel. I knew it wasn’t tricityextreme’s fault and maybe the usps driver swapped the package however, I reached out to tricity extreme and they responded back for a couple of text and then stopped. They did not want to send me a replacement while they opened up an investigation on there end. I am out $140 and have tried to give them time to make this right.

Customer claims they received a dress. We do not sell clothing. We have reported this and have yet to here back. We have been waiting to here back, that wasn't good enough for the buyer considering this would be mail fraud. Wanted a full refund without retuning the item.
