Tried to contact the seller, but I did not get a response. The item did say that they would not take returns, but the item did not work right out of the package. I requested a replacement but still no response. I ordered the part, but a printer tech is the one installing and diagnosing the printer and the part. The printer worked better with the old part than it did when this new part was installed. Not happy.

i have installed over 5000 oem drum units over 30 years, never had a defective one.
tried to help her diagnose her real problem but got a negative instead. good luck with your "printer tech"
