Fulfilling our objective. A good correlation was observed between the release rate constant and AUC of the formulation also between the mean dissolution time and mean residence time of the designed formulation epitomized. Degree A level of correlation was established from the results. Thus, the formulation has the potential to liberate Zidovudine following Fickian diffusion mechanism having a good degree of in-vitro- in-vivo correlation.
