I have been trying to get this resolved 2 weeks after engine was delivered they don't answer the phone the couple of times I spoke with someone it took 30 plus calls before they would answer and they would not give me a straight answer I need my customers money back I sent the engine back cost me another 359 dollars my customer took his jeep and sold it

You opened a return 2 months after purchase stating that you needed a 2005 engine and we sent a 1995 engine. Not sure if you own a calendar but you purchased a 1995 engine and we do not read minds. You made a 10 year difference mistake and have zero messages from you and engine was never returned?? not sure if you know what year it is now but you should seek mental help

You must have purchased from someone else. You purchased a window regulator and not a lock. We have not had any correspondence with you at any time so we have not made any requests or told you we would send a replacement of an item we did not sell to you. Hope you enjoy the regulator motor that you did buy from us.
