I received a timely response to my inquiry regarding the product. Upon receipt of the new items, I found the box intact with a "fragile" label attached. The dishes were very well protected with bubble wrap. Being said, the dishes were in perfect condition! I am a very happy camper:)! I definitely would recommend this seller!
