    That's a false statement. I sent you exactly what was in the picture. You claimed you were out-of-state for 2 weeks when the item arrived. It is your job to verify the item when it comes in, instead of leaving the item to your mechanic's place without telling them. You waited too long. Left the item unattended. Sorry, cannot help you here.
