Item is fully functional. Buyer made offer which i accepted. Then Buyer messages me saying he didn't buy the item. I sent him a screen shot showing that he indeed made the offer and that I accepted the offer. He then said he couldn't afford the item. I had already shipped the item and told him he would have to go thru the ebay return process. I accepted his return but he didn't like ebay's return process. VERY BAD BUYER. STAY AWAY
