This robe is quite beautiful. I purchased as a gift for my husband. When it arrived he noticed the stitching was not complete on the right pocket. I contacted the seller and a picture was sent. The first tactic that used was forgiveness for the mistake. The next offer was a $5 refund. It will cost more to have it repaired. I purchased from this seller previously and expected better customer service since it was a gift. I was going to purchase more robes, but they lost me as a customer.

Liked all the various curtains shown on sellers page but dont like the ones I recieved; not a good mix of colours and very dull compared to those shown and wont look good in the room I planned for so may have to return 🥺🤔 shame I didnt get one of the options shown; was aware ot would be random but thought that meant random out of the ones shown.
