This item was marked new in open box.... I could get past the fact that the box was damaged and not in the best of shape and the fact that the protective film from the screen had been obviously removed. However, there was no stand for the frame, making it virtually unusable unless it were to be hung on the wall.
I would highly recommend that the seller check the contents of items being listed to insure they are all present before listing an item as being in new condition.
