I'm not convinced the item is new and is missing at least one cord. Packaging was certainly not all original. Thankfully the item works without the cord and seems to be in good working order. Hopefully its new enough to last a long time. Shipping was very slow and, while the seller was communicative about the process and included some extra disposable tips, it still came weeks after it should have.
